The American/Israeli War Against Islam

I got this in my e-mail from "Chuck" with no other comments.

The full article is the great, but the last paragraph packs the truthful punch:

Is a strategy of terrorist attacks on civilians acceptable or effective? No. Absolutely not. Is it practical to hope that any culture can thrive these days without assimilation to the West, and in particular to America? Probably not. But perhaps to someone like bin Laden, a massive and tragic extermination in a great war might be preferable to a future where Arabs are confined to a small, reserved, corner of the desert accompanied only by destitution, alcoholism and casinos —and studied by third-graders as “Native Palestinians.

This, and the news of the world in general has me asking myself all sorts of odd questions.

Will it always be this way?

Will it always be that even the peaceful and the innocent will become twisted by the violence they are forced to commit to simply keep their homes and keep their families alive?

Why is it that mankind's history is one of conquest?

Yeah, these are all freshman-year-sitting-around-the-bong sorts of questions, but they are on my mind these days. It's hard to be optimistic when everything on the international scene seems to be going to shit.

Yet, in a couple of days we here in America will celebrate another Independence Day. I wonder how many more days of peaceful picnics America has left.

How does this violence in Iraq and Palestine affect us here? People keep looking at me like I have three eyes because these things concern me. Do they think the violence done in their names will go unpunished?

You see, sooner or later the "terrorists" are going to win. Make no mistake, no matter how powerful our military, no matter how hard we bring down the boot of oppression, the people of the Middle East are going to destroy Israel and the United States. There are too many of them that are too willing to die and we are simply creating thousands of martyrs every day. Eventually one of these groups is going to get it's hands on nuclear or biological weapons. It's inevitable. You are talking about millions of potential soldiers with a warrior religion and nothing to lose. Compare that with the average American in the average suburb and do the math. And yes, I said warrior religion. Whatever peace Islam may have once held has been twisted by circumstances and hatred and has given birth to the most dangerous fundamentalism in history. I've followed the struggle independenceance in Chechnya. I've read the reports. I've seen the videos of the ambushes and the recordings of what the Mujahideen do to captured Russian soldiers. And after what the Russians have done to Muslim soldiers and civilians alike, I don't blame them.

America is at war with Islam, and you haven't seen savagery yet.

Sooner or later we will give up so many of our rights, spend so much money trying to control foreign countries, or just piss off so many with investments here, that America will collapse under it's own imperial weight. And I think there may be a few oil-rich countries, aching for payback, that will find the smoking ruins of the USA easy pickings. We have unleashed this particular jihad and it will destroy America one day.

But not tomorrow. Or the next day.

And when the fireworks of the Fourth of July light up the night sky, I will smell the smoke and listen to the explosions and I will know that one day, it will be for real. One day the smoke will roll over our nation and all of the things we took for granted will be so much kindling.

No, I'm not happy about it. No person with anything to lose should be happy. I would dearly love for our nation to turn itself around, and for the first time in history become that beacon that it claims to be. But I'm a realist. I think the time for learning is past us. Now is the time of the gun and the blade and there's little you or I can do about it but watch. I can look at the stark numbers and I can make a very close study of these people fighting for their freedom and understand just what it means to have absolutely nothing to lose.

It doesn't depress me anymore. The transparent lies still enrage me because so many of my fellow citizens believe them. But the actual facts, understanding that this is all going to end very, very badly.....it's only the cold, inescapable truth. I did not make this situation and I've done everything I can possibly do about it and remain civilized and able to look at myself in the mirror. The only thing any of us can do now is be strong for our loved ones, never believe the lies, and hope that one day, after the rivers of blood have passed us by, we will be able to rebuild a better world.

In the coming months and years, the Internet will be the only source for what is truly going on in the world. These days, I only watch television news or read the papers when I want a bitter laugh. Most of you reading this have your own blogs, websites or other ways of spreading your words. You will write the true history of the American/Israeli war against Islam. These small blogs and places to chat will one day be the only places for the truth to be told. For as long as it is allowed.

Chuck? If he is "the" Chuck of The Last Democracy Cafe, he's a great guy - a little sparing of words, but knows much and reads much, with a clear sense of decency

Wow, those Israelis sure know how to exercise "diplomacy", eh? Even the Nazis never stooped THIS low, did they?: "Give us our Corporal or we kill your Prime Minister!" I wonder what the Geneva Conventions have to say about THAT twisted "logic": Israel Warns: Free Soldier or PM Dies ==== Israel last night threatened to assassinate Palestinian Prime Minister Ismael Haniyeh if Hamas militants did not release a captured Israeli soldier unharmed. ==== The unprecedented warning was delivered to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in a letter as Israel debated a deal offered by Hamas to free Corporal Gilad Shalit. ...

yes, exactly that was, what i asked yesterday - what would happen if each nation would act like that? Some members of your nation kidnap another - and your capital will be deleted...

would be a great way to start World War III, i guess - just go and kidnap someone and pretend to be from USA...

or isn't killing allowed in case of the "Herrenrasse" in America and Israel?

Forget the PM - he is after all a mere filthy politician, and a "terrorist" to boot. This 19 year old kid soldier- he must have people in real high-up places who really want him home.

It's so ridiculous that no other nation is intruding on this lil farce.

So when do the rest of us get involved?

PS- I actually saw some of the matches- lets see -I saw Argentina and Brazil loose.

seems to be more "sooner" than later...

U.S. losing terror war because of Iraq, poll says

"WASHINGTON — The United States is losing its fight against terrorism and the Iraq war is the biggest reason why, more than eight of ten American terrorism and national security experts concluded in a poll released yesterday."

There are too many of them that are too willing to die and we are simply creating thousands of martyrs every day.

from the link:
"One participant in the survey, a former CIA official who described himself as a conservative Republican, said the war in Iraq has provided global terrorist groups with a recruiting bonanza, a valuable training ground and a strategic beachhead at the crossroads of the oil-rich Persian Gulf and Turkey, the traditional land bridge linking the Middle East to Europe."

You are talking about millions of potential soldiers with a warrior religion and nothing to lose.

from the link:
"Asked whether the United States is “winning the war on terror,” 84 percent said no and 13 percent answered yes. Asked whether the war in Iraq is helping or hurting the global antiterrorism campaign, 87 percent answered that it was undermining those efforts."

... or isn't killing allowed in case of the "Herrenrasse" in America and Israel? ==== Again: In the case of the US Herrenrasse, consisting ONLY of the Elites, there seems to be a prevailing belief that retaliation (like Fascism, in the minds of the masses) "can't happen here". I find that bold assumption *remarkably* peculiar coming from a ruling class that so utterly "failed" to detect in advance a HUGELY successful "terrorist attack" -- one which should NEVER have succeeded under normal circumstances -- just 5 years ago! Such perceived "impunity", under which this government has since spawned all NEW enemies on a regular basis (and eagerly continues to do so), seems astoundingly at odds with the "official story" of 11 September, 2001, wherein supposedly a mere handful of relatively disorganized "malcontents" were readily able to bring America to its KNEES! (Just one MORE reason, I suppose, to severely doubt the veracity of this Reich.) ==== Of course, the "Herrenrasse" of Amerika and Israel both posess THE Bomb, providing them with at least the "illusion" of ultimate security. But the *several* successes of asymmetrical, "terrorist" tactics *since* 2001 surely belie any such premise entirely. ==== Curious, eh? This country is seemingly enormously "vulnerable" and impudently "invulnerable" at the same time! I doubt that any nation can truly have it BOTH ways.

One component of Israel that I truly admire: Haaretz, the voice of sanity. That journalistic enterprise, as thoroughly illustrated below, proves to me that despite all the official atrocities, there *are* truly decent people -- "Menschen" -- within that nation, who likewise staunchly reject the senseless, malicious vindictiveness being inflicted in their name upon fellow human beings. ==== This one's well worth a *full* read, both for its passionate indignation and for the remarkable insights provided on the realities of Israeli government "control" of the military and militia: A Black Flag. by Gideon Levy [Haaretz] ==== A black flag hangs over the "rolling" operation in Gaza. The more the operation "rolls," the darker the flag becomes. The "summer rains" we are showering on Gaza are not only pointless, but are first and foremost blatantly illegitimate. It is not legitimate to cut off 750,000 people from electricity. It is not legitimate to call on 20,000 people to run from their homes and turn their towns into ghost towns. It is not legitimate to penetrate Syria's airspace. It is not legitimate to kidnap half a government and a quarter of a parliament. ==== A state that takes such steps is no longer distinguishable from a terror organization. ... ==== [BRAVO!]
